
About the Recipe

Ingredients
4 pieces of Syrian bread
20 slices of Pre-Cooked Frozen Gyro meat
2 cups of Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of garlic paste
mint (as much as you want to add)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 cucumber
Any extra veggies you want to add
Preparation
Step 1: Chop cucumber/veggies into small bits
Step 2: Mix 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp garlic paste, mint, and the chopped veggies together in a bowl.
Step 3: Heat a skillet to medium heat and add your oil and gyro meat.
Step 4: Cook the meat until it's brown around the edges.
Step 5: Take the meat out of the pan and place it on a plate.
Step 6: Add a piece of Syrian bread to the pan and cook it till it is golden on both sides.
Step 7: repeat step 6 with all the pieces of Syrian bread.
Step 8: Put mixed veggies and sauce onto the warm Syrian bread, then add the 5 slices of Gyro meat. Next, fold the bread in half.
