Faith Thrives Host Blogs

What does it mean to do everything for the Glory of God?
I've been someone who lived my whole life for me. I was selfish, insecure, and very secular. The funny thing is that living a life that honors God in every action is a powerful way to find purpose and meaning. Doing everything for God brings a deeper significance to the smallest moments. This mindset transforms ordinary moments into acts of worship and service. What exactly is "glorifying God"? To glorify God means to honor Him in all the big and small moments. Our act

Faith Through the Process: A Journey of Calling, Discipline, and Purpose
There are seasons in life when faith feels natural, and everything seems aligned, making God’s presence undeniable. But there are also seasons where faith is tested, refined, and deepened through challenges. It is in those moments that faith becomes real. As Scripture reminds us: “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 For me, faith has never been about perfection. Here's to New Beginnings
I have never felt as free as I do now. I remember being so scared to express myself a long time ago. I would shrink myself to fit into other people's boxes. After some life events that truly changed me for the better, I have completely changed. My life is no one else's business. Judgement & Why it's Harmful
I know everyone has heard the verse, "1 Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank

Encouraged in Faith
What does it mean to have faith? Well, I can tell you that faith is not the absence of doubt, it is the perseverance through it. You can have faith and have doubtful moments. All that matters is what you do with those doubts. Recently, I had this issue because I feel called to write a faith-based blog. However, I was beaten down by others' opinions. I thought I would back down and delete everything, but ya know what? I won't! This is my God-given calling, and I refuse to back

Anxiety & Faith
One thing that I have realized is how incredibly anxious our society can be. We are always so involved in the drama of our government or the news. None of that stuff actually benefits your spirit. God did not create us to live in a spirit of fear. As said in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline." As followers of Christ, we are meant to live every day as if Jesus is coming tomorrow. What would God want
